Each of the individuals you read about in "Real Life Scenarios" found their way through the doors of Set Free. Broken sexuality is complex. Those to whom we minister are often dealing with much past abuse. Pain and shame fuel the broken and sinful patterns of today.

As we minister we emphasize and seek to exemplify:

• The Perspective of Holy Scripture
• The Power of Believing Prayer
• The Passion of Christ-centered Worship

Set Free officially formed in January 1990 in response to a need in the lives of several individuals who desired to serve God more fully, yet found their sexual feelings or activities in conflict with that desire.



What We Do

• Weekly Support Groups offering a safe and compassionate setting for those overcoming sexual brokenness to share struggles, to examine beliefs, attitudes, and actions, and to receive support in trusting God to bring healing and change.
  
  
• Personal Counsel from a biblical perspective for those who may need one-on-one support for a time.
  
  
• Support Groups for Wives as well as Families and Friends of those who struggle with sexual and relational brokenness, offering personal support, information and encouragement.
  
  
• Presentations for group settings, addressing issues of sexuality and a biblical response.
  
  
• Living Waters, Sacred Romance, Cross Currents and a variety of other committed group studies offered during different time frames for specific purposes.

  
  In each of these ministry settings, the privacy of participants is highly stressed and respected.
